Art Leasing

If you would like to complement your corporate office space or enhance your home for a sales campaign, we have a range of indigenous, investment and contemporary art available for leasing. Better still, the leasing costs may be tax deductible and can contribution to the purchase price if you would like to purchase the work at the end of the lease term.

Framing

We can arrange stretching and framing of your existing works at a fraction of the standard retail price.

Hanging Service

Love a piece but unsure if it will fit in your space? We're happy to hang works in your home or office for up to one week so that you can be sure you are making the right investment. Obligation free.

Venue Hire

 Situated in parklands close to the beach and only a few kilometers from Melbourne CBD, blue door gallery @ gasworks is a beautiful and unique venue available for short term hire for a variety of uses including:

• Exhibitions - Individual rooms and up to one single floor can be hired for solo or group exhibitions. The gallery is staffed 6 days per week from 10am to 5pm enabling queries and sales to be handled at no extra cost. Opening night catering and exhibition marketing can be arranged at additional cost.
• Functions - Single floors or the entire building can be hired for corporate and community events or cocktail parties. Catering can be arranged at additional cost.
• Art and craft classes - Individual rooms can be hired by art teachers or craft groups looking for a regular venue to hold classes. Costs are based on per head attendance.
